Monitoring the number of calories, you eat
in a day will be useful in carrying out your physical exercise. Try to have a
properly balanced diet. A healthy diet helps you to maintain overall body weight.
Proper intake of nutrition helps your muscles recover faster. In a balanced diet
you should have equal proportions of calcium’s, vitamins, proteins and
minerals.
Once in a week allow your body proper
rest, you can go to a spa for a massage. Exercise
every day for at least 90 minutes. You don't need to kill yourself from running
and jogging, give proper time to rest which helps in recovering muscle fatigue.
Rest allows your body to recover. Proper rest will also improve performance.
During workout after every exercise take a rest of about 30 to 45 seconds which
will help you to store energy for the next exercise.

rather than having three large meals.
An important key to being in shape is to set
goals, stay motivated, and keep a positive mindset. Trying out a new exercise,
noticing the shedding fat from the body will help you motivated. Keeping mind
positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that fit body you've always
wanted.
Six to eight hours of sleep is enough for an
individual, but if you happen to feel tired at any point after coming home from
work, you can try a half an hour power nap which will help in restoring energy.
Small naps can prevent you from staying up late at the night.
